This forum has Citizen discussion as well as official announcements.

There are four different forum memberships:

1. Receive All Messages - (Every message from the list gets sent to your email inbox. This can get to be a lot of messages, but you get the information fastest!)

2. Digest Mode - (This means that all the days messages are sent to you in one email. This is less mail to your inbox)

3. Special Notices Only - (This lets you read the list on the main list website, but official emails about voting and such will come to you once or twice a month. This is our minimum recommended setting.)

4. Read on Web Only - (You'll have to go to the list website to see messages, no list messages will be sent to your email. It's easiest to lose track of things on this setting, so if you choose this please bookmark the list site in your browser so you don't lose us!)
